New Member in Pennsylvania

Hi all, just joined but have been an avid garage user for some time, more-so for the space to work on cars, fabrication, and other fun stuff than the actual garage space.

I just moved due to getting a new job, bought a new home with 2 acres, but only an attached garage. Does anybody have recommendations for a builder for a large metal garage with loft space to set myself up for years to come at my new permanent location? I'm talking in the neighborhood of 40' x 60' with about half of that lofted for parts storage.
