New member here. Don't want to step on any toes by posting on the wrong forum. Quick intro followed by question/needs. (I apparently can't post in classifieds until I meet the five post minimum.)

I'm an old, retired guy with manual machinery as old or older than me - Gorton, Hardinge, Shape-rite. I make chips and swarf for fun, not money. I have a Keller 1-HF power hacksaw in need of parts, specifically, the vise nut, vise screw and vice handle. Ideally, someone has a parts machine with these parts. Plan B, is trying to find a source for just the vise nut. Plan C is for a kind soul to take pictures of the vise nut from different angles while it's off of the machine so I can fabricate something from scratch.

Don't quite know where this post should be. Perhaps you can move it to the appropriate spot. As an aside, I've been cruising your site and have found it to be yet another excellent way to keep me from getting anything done.

I have I believe the bench model as found on the brouchure link above. I was able to find a new handle and screw assembly for the vise from ebay (took a couple months). Not sure if its the same size as what your looking for and it may take awhile but if you search for keller/jefferson power hacksaw on the bay there seems to always be someone parting out a machine. Only problem with that route is they usually know what your looking for is 'unobtainium' so prices aren't that great depending on the seller.
