Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this board and I got to say I really like what I've seen and heard here. Here are a few photos of my new shop. As you can see I haven’t got anything in it yet to speak of, but I’m excited of the future projects yet to come. The overhead roll-up coil doors were installed a few days after these photos were taken so I can lock it up tight.
I called the electrical supply house today and priced the new breaker, feeder cables and sub-panel, about $500.00. I should have that chore done in a couple of days and then I can start moving stuff from our three car garage into the shop. I have quite a bit of work ahead to get everything moved but it will be well worth it.
I’ve seen some really nice shop/garages on this form and gotten a few ideas of what I want to do with mine. I send some more shots as work progresses.

Great looking space you've got there. It looks nice and deep. Many fine projects should come out of there. What are the dimensions, and whereabouts in the world do you hail from? Will heating or air conditioning be an issue? Keep us up to date. I love following a project like this.

The shop is 30' x 50' with 12' walls and 17' to the peak. The big doors are 16' x 10' with coil roll-ups. I live in the very Northeast portion of Mississippi, but originally am from way up in northern California, about 100 miles from the Oregon boarder. I’m planning on building a loft at one end 10’x 30’ about 8’ off the floor to keep (oil, tires, parts, etc.) out of the way of the floor space.

put
at the end and we can see the pics on here. Or use the insert picture button, which does the same thing.

You're obvisouly very creative with a good imagination, as witnessed by you parking your truck under the frame-only car cover!

I don’t recall what brand of building it is, it was manufactured in northern Alabama. The cost of the slab, building,roll-up doors, and erection was a total of $21,500.
As far as the S-10 sitting under the car-cover frame, the cover recently blew off in high winds. The S-10 is now inside the shop sitting on four wheel dollies. By the way those dollies work great for project vehicles, you can move your project around anywhere you need pretty easily, they're a good investment.
I also have them under a 240 SX in the garage, I need to get it out to the new shop.
