New member, new shop.

Just found this forum today while looking for info on bridge cranes. I'm building a new garage (along with a new house) on Saint Helena Island, SC. House and garage are in the process of being framed.
The Garage/shop is 28X20 with 12' ceilings.

The Garage Journal + posts like this give a whole new meaning to the term “barn find”; just when I think “surely there can’t be more people just out there getting it done but not on The Garage Journal...”, this shows up.

I've talked about having a seperate shop since I was in high school. Use to hang out at my friends fathers shop then. He built biplanes, Pitts and Skybolts. We'd work on our RC planes there. Now more than a few years later I'm finally getting my shop.

Quick related question: One can only update their profile via the compruter forum site, correct? I don’t see any profile controls via the Tapatalk interface...

Admin turned off Tapatalk for a time. The forum had a few issues with that format.
