Jason here, been lurking for a little bit as I prepared and saved up to rebuild my garage. Project starts in 2 weeks, and im pretty excited to put to use some of the stuff i picked up here.
Building a detached 24x21 block and flat roof. 10ft tall block walls. Custom made 17.5 ft x 9ft low rise garage door and a 32" door on the face to get in and out.
Thanks to the info here, I have a MaxJax that is on the way as well. I am a recent BMW e30 addict, I have 2 plus a daily.
This garage is for wrenching and storage and trying to keep it cost effective and usable. Despite all the glorious man caves I see on here, I will have to hope my next house is worthy of it.
Currently conflicted if sealing, VCT, or cheap porcelain tile is the way to go. Cost and function over beauty is the key.
