Started my garage makeover about a year ago. Discover this site a month ago. Had to use floor tiles because my floor was in real bad shape. Decided on Swisstrax. Only thing left is to install the sheet rock ceiling. Hopefully this month. Here's some pics. By the way great site, great info.

Thanks for the feedback. My car that I park and still can work in the garage.
Also the pictures were taken in the daylight. Guess I need a new camera.

For your dog's sake, I hope you have your toolbox tied off to the wall. I made that mistake once and only once (minus the dog). Timberrrr!:(

Proof that a garage can be enjoyed and a source of pride and functionality no matter how large it is.

Damn nice garage!

Mike,
Ended up choosing floors tiles from Swisstrax. They had a special going last month that cost $3.09 per sq ft / ship. You can check it out here:

http://swisstrax.com/

You can call Glen @ Swisstrax at 1-888-288-0927 he might be able to work out a deal.

A year ago when I first started my garage project I was considering tiles that are $ 2.19 per sq ft at floor junkies with free shipping ove $600.00

http://www.floorjunkies.com/-c-21.html

Friend of mine has them in both his houses. Never did get a chance to check them out. But he is happy with them.

Swisstrax suppose to be the best but I could only compare to the samples that I had from both. Swisstrax seem to be better made with a extra tab lock. So I fiqure for less than a buck a sq ft I went with the Swistrax.

I love the vase on the toolbox. Was that the work of Mrs.njsteve? Also, where did you get that fan, what kind, how much?

Nice clean shop! Is there any movement to the tiles when you walk/drive on them?
