I’m in the process of cleaning and reorganizing my late 87 year old father’s workshop. As a young girl, he always included me while he worked on projects. Years later, my Dad would spend hours with my boys in that same workshop.
Today, I have fallen down the rabbit hole of learning about all the different tools he had, restoring and organizing them. He was always working on something, from building audio equipment (with tubes) to restoring a 1976 Jeep Golden Eagle. We built decks, sheds, fixed cars and plumbing. There are well over 100 years of tools and supplies as there are tools from his Uncle (a machinist) and father (a wood worker).
I’ve learned so much from these forums already.
