New member saying hello

Hello everyone the garage journal received a strong shoutout from corvetteforum members so I decided to check it out . After browsing for a while I decided to join . I have an 1100 square foot attached garage and 900 sq foot two story detached garage ( the man cave ) that houses my corvette ( down to one from two with two kids in college ) . I really wish I had known about garage journal when building my detached garage as there are some fantastic suggestions. I am In The process of selecting a tile floor solution for my attached garage as I had a nightmare epoxy experience ( installer is out of business ) so going to tile over it. The flooring section has been helpful . I have attached some photos of the detached garage and would love any comments or opinions . I am open minded to ideas and will share mine as well.
