Hi: My name is John.This form looks very interesting.would like to swap ideas etc.
Have a 1951 John Deere AR tractor S/N 277997 that needs re wiring.
Can anyone help with a wiring diagram?
Is this positive or negative ground?
Any input would be much appreciated.

Welcome. I don't know of many American machines with + ground. I'd think you'd be able to test the coil to see.
