May I suggest you update your location as in future you may find that helps you when you have specific questions that affect you. Specially given the forum has a very global membership. Often you will find subjects may get different answers depending on locations and regulations. 'Back of lot' does not really work here.

I honestly thought I was being asked where my garage was. Attached, detached, off site, back of the lot...
