Looks like it's time to get serious about building a new shop, and this looks like the place to go for research.
I've been here a time or two just checking things out, but seeing how 'they' are going to change the zoning in our area next year it seems like I'd better get moving on my research.
I'm planning a 3 or 4 car + RV/Boat garage with about 1000 +/- sq ft apartment above. Actually, if all goes right, we'll move out of our existing 3 bed/2.5 bath house into the apartment and rent the house out. As my girlfriend says, we don't need a house so much as a base camp!
Very early stages as yet - just getting started with research. But hopefully by the first of the year we'll have things nailed down.
Now....where's that search button...?
