New old guy from East California

Howdy! I have been lurking for a few years, its about time to become a member. I live in the Mojave desert, 150 miles north of L.A. I have a 24x30 detached garage. It really needs a new roof, I will probably go with metal so I don't have to do it ever again. Hope I can contribute to this great resource.
