Good day from NE Kansas. I have been reading your forum for a month or so, studying various lifts. I don't mind laying on the floor to work on things...figuring a way to get back up sometimes takes a bit of math and algebra, and that is obviously my weak suit.
Decided it was time to join formally so I could use all the forum functions and learn a bit more. Thanks to all the guys that have put a tremendous amount of info available on this site.
