Howdy, just found this site today. Since I have been puttering around for most of my 77 years, it is good to find a place like this. It was recommended on a fishing site that I frequent.

Appears to be lots of good ideas and solutions. Looking forward to logging in more often.

We spend half a year in Houston, TX and summers near Crossville TN. Both are great places during the seasons that we are there.

Years ago, I used my little shop to build a few furniture pieces. These days, it seems that I am fixing things and messing around with "stuff" for my 16 ft. tin boat most of the time.

is it hard maintaining 2 homes especially when you are gone from at least one 6 or so months a year?
