I've posted on here a couple of times but can't recall a formal intro so here we go.

After 30 yrs in the Marines and moving every 3 years, I've finally got my dream shop built to get my 57 and 66 Chevy trucks back on the road.

I've got a 40x50 metal building with a garage & wood shop.

Just received my new Champion Compressor and I'm slowly getting organized and set up to get to do some real work on my project trucks.

Wife worked in here for about 3 hours cleaning, organizing and hanging up banners. She's responsible for all the decor. lol

Here are some pics.

LDO Thats a great looking shop and those trucks will keep you busy for years of good times. I love every month in Hot Rod Magazine where they build a car up from complete **** to a trailer queen in 7 days....dudes got talent but miss all the fun. Nice lounge for beers and a nap, I have the same thing planned. Regards, Dave

I laughed later as my wife wont even get on the second rung of a ladder let alone...hanging up shop banners. I really need to stop goosing her *** when she gets on a ladder...hehe.

Awesome garage it’s huge. I’m jealous of that lol. I wish I had a garage big enough to store that much stuff. I don’t even have a garage except at work.

Very nice shop and lounge area. I see the fan in the background. Do you need any heat in your location.

We have some members here with similar vintage Chevy pickups.

I am in MS. Yes, just something to take the edge off. I need to install brushes on the rollups and maybe something along the edges of the roof. Doing it a little at a time to see what exactly I need to do. Winter is all but gone here so some shop fans and doors up to keep the air moving around.

That’s the opposite end of needing heat. Isn’t Ms known for its hot and humid summer Weather?

Yes sir it is but this winter, we had over a foot of snow. Not the norm here but it's nice to be able to go out and work on stuff when the school is closed due to a 'snow day'...:D
