New Old Snap-On Small Box Info needed

Hello, Just scrounged an cool metal Snap On box and was wondering what the slots and holes were for. Also, if anyone knows the year, model, or possible value please let me know. Thanks dimension are 7.5" x 4.5" 2 1/8" Thanks

the round holes in the sides are for a cantilever drill bit rack, and the slots in top are for the wire clip that pulls the cantilever up when you lift the lid
