New old tool box

Does anyone have an idea the model or date of this toolbox i just picked up? Seems solid all I need to find casters for it.

I found out it is a 79, kra380 with a kra412a side shelf, any idea if i should go crazy and paint it or just clean it? I need some castors for it as well

If it were mine, I would clean it up a bit. Touch up any rust. Nice enough wheels are available from Tractor Supply.
Or, you could go nuts and restore the thing with SO original everything, like it's a priceless jewel. But then, would you want to use it?

Are the casters from TS good quality do you think?

Ended up grabbing some harbor freight casters, going to just clean it up maybe put some drawer liners and would definitely like to find the emblem for the drawer

Hey, that top box looks familiar! My Dad has a similar one from that era - he would have purchased his in '78 or '79 when he started working as a diesel mechanic.
