Hi Kerry, thank you very much for your interest in Pettingell Machine Co! As far as lead time on the 2m Heavy Power hammers is concerned, they will not be in production again until January of 2019, at which point I will be accepting deposits for the 2019 run.
Pricing is as follows:
- Pettingell 2m heavy arms , complete with cad drawings to accurately fabricate a pedestal, excluding dies - $19,500
- Pettingell cast pedestal, exactly as original (excluding dies)- $19,500
- Single hammer on cast pedestal ready to operate (excluding dies) , with electrical , side support brackets and original style mechanical foot pedal linkage - $42,500
- Double headed Power Hammer on cast pedestal ready to operate (excluding dies) , with electrical, side support brackets and original style mechanical foot pedal linkages - $62,500
A deposit of half of the total cost will be required to begin work, with roughly a 4 month turnaround time (entirely dependent on how busy the foundries are), with the balance to be paid upon completion.
