New place

I just purchased a new place. I got it at foreclosure so it needs some work. The garage is one thing that really attracted me to the place. The main garage is 40X30 the 2 car garage in the back is 30x30. For those doing the math. Thats 2100 square feet of garage. I will keep you up to date on new projects.

Looks good, how are the utilities like electricity and heat?

Its not heated right now. I live in Maine so I dont know what I am going to do yet. Never had a heated garage. I do need to do a lot of re-wiring. I am a welder and need power. Plus the wiring looks like it was done by a blind 9 year old.
