And finally, the cuts. Before giving me a bad time about my first cut being a heart for my wife, remember she bought the thing for me as a surprise. Very nice wife!

First cut (about 1/16") Cut like butter and much faster than expected. Set on 30 amps with about 78 psi.

To the other extreme, a 1" railroad bolt. Very rusty. Took two passes at 50 amps. Air at 78 psi. Not pretty, but it cut in in about 2 15-20 second passes:

That was all I had time for. More cuts to follow if anyone is interested.

Very cool, I'm sure you will enjoy it. I just got one recently and love it! It's my new favorite tool. Yea, I've been cutting metal all along with cut off wheels and also have a torch, but the preferred method now is by plasma. I want to find some kind of flexible fence for cutting compound curve but haven't found anything yet.
