I'm in. But i would like it in one piece if possible?

hmm. Well the reason I wanted to split them to to keep shipping costs down... for now I want to keep them all the same. It's my first time doing anything goes like this for people and am trying to keep it simple for myself the first time around sorry brother!

How many pliers will both pieces hold total (assuming you do different spacings for the 2 racks)?

This information I will post for you guys tomorrow. Im going to build the first 2 units at 12 inches then I'll post up some pictures!

How about a set made out of stainless?
A little more in material, but no powder coat costs...
I'd be in for a set of those!

Those look great. You may want to consider sizing a special edition set to specifically fit HF44 cabinets. It seems like half the people on this forum have that cabinet. I'm definitely interested!

While you're shipping the first batch, can you get a cost for UK postage?
Might get a couple of sets

Here's what we got guys...

They each measure 12 inches long 5.5 inches deep and 2.625 tall.

1st piece (on left in pictures) has 6 spaces with 7/8ths id. And 7 spaces with 3/4 id.

2nd unit on the right side of pics has 15 spaces with .625 spacing

Making a total of 28 spaces

I need to measure my drawer first, then I'll be in if it will fit.

wow! Thanks for the support guys!
I'm 23 years old, a welder and buried is student loans! I never thought it would turn into this thanks so much!
Guys on batch 2... I Hope you guys can be patient with me. I'm going to get these out as soon as I can. And will try my absolute best to keep everything organized and out in a timely fashion.

I started on the first batch of 10 sets today and will be welding them up Monday morning so they can get to the powder coater early tuesday!

I'll keep you guys updated.

When I get the units back from powder, in my hands and ready to ship I will PM everyone on list 1 with my paypal info. They will ship as soon as I receive payment. No payment after 3 days and I will PM number 11 kinda thing.

Please remember being the first batch it's kind of a test run for me to see how production times go. I won't really know until I get moving with production. I'm paying paypal fees shipping and powdercoat charges. So I need to make sure that 25 shipped is still reasonable for me after the first batch is done and shipped.

Obviously I will be keeping you guys updated daily with pics of the units and of my shop!

Thanks everyone

Too tall for the shallow drawer on the HF box with the liner in there. They are barely 2.5" tall. 22" wide.

I would be interested in one if you would consider doing a one piece the full length of my drawer. Basically a custom one to my needs. I would cover everything obviously.Would you be willing to do that?

Where are you located?

I'm in for a set, in Canada also, but additional cost is certainly accepted.

IDEA for those wanting a full 1 piece affair.

add an extra 5/8" 3/4" 7/8" (or whatever the spacing is) to the 7gauge as stick out on 1 end of 1 piece
when they get their 2 pieces, tac the 7gauge pieces to connect them, and they would have the regular spacing of the regular set.
