New Post Notification for User Groups

Any way that we can get a notification (like we do when we get a new PM) when there's a new post in any user group that we're a member of?

I think that would increase activity in the user groups...which would be a good thing.

Now thats a great idea Galaxie. Also saves you constantly checking the group. Make a post and group memebers are notified.

You can get email notification of that thread if you set it up in your options.

Or just go to thread tools and subscribe to a thread.

I don't like to get my email clogged up with notifications. I'd rather just find out if there are posts each time I log in to GJ.

If they could add them to the other notifications such as PMs, but then disappeared, after being clicked on, that would be helpful.

Agreed again. No emails just the mail notification when you sign in. either takes you to a message indicating the user group had something new or dump you directly into the forum
