New guy here! I have been following some the members garages and wow! Amazing stuff. Well here it goes, my wife and I after 7 years renting dove in and became homeowners. We closed last week to our new place! I will tell you it has been quite the journey as i really had a few items on my wishlist and the top was garage space! After months of searching we found our home. It sits on 1.06. The home has a 2 car attached and for ME is a 30x36 wired and climate controlled garage with a living space above!!! Super excited. I have already painted over the previous owners choice of colors and epoxied both floors while it's empty.
I will attach pictures of my current garage and go from there! Thanks again for having a space I can share with other enthusiasts!
