New Proto flex head ratchets!?!

Anyone seen these yet?

I cannot find them at any of the retailers.
Do you know where to buy yet? If not, when will they be available?

I stumbled across them when looking through the Protoindustrial web site trying to get my 1/4" 45 tooth ratchet repaired.

There was a thread a few months ago, many of us are eagerly waiting. They should be just like the new mac ratchets inside.

There were announced back in July and so far I've seen them at one retailer. For prices closer to Mac than not (which begs the question, why not order from Mac then?).

Which is what I did. Toolsource has them listed on their website but, when you order one, it's not available.

Trident Supply said they could order them for me, and their pricing was ok but, they wanted to charge shipping so, I balked.

I don't think the Proto version of the MAC Axis ratchet is going to be that much cheaper than what the MAC version runs but, Proto isn't putting their best foot forward in the release of these new ratchets. I wonder if SK will bring their new 90 tooth ratchet to market before Proto does

I have 2 full sets of round head flex ratchets from Proto. They are my favorite.

Looking at the specs closer I wished they made the 1/4" drive with a 7 or 8" length and a 3/8" drive in the 9 or 10" range.
