This past weekend I installed RaceDeck flooring in my new 2nd garage. My current garage is all FreeFlow tile. After doing a great deal of auto repair work in there I decided I wanted solid tile in the new garage. I have a four post lift and do fairly heavy repairs. I think solid is a better choice under the lift. I ended up with a majority of Diamond XL tiles with two rows of XLC FreeFlow in the front and 28" of FreeFlow on the sides and back. This was done to lessen any thermal expansion because the garage faces the afternoon sun. I ended up getting the Shocktower inserts under each solid tile. They greatly reduce noise and work a lot better for that than landscape fabric. Plus they are more comfortable to walk on. I'm moving my lift and other stuff in there this weekend and will post an updated pic. BTW the garage is 24' x 24'. For some reason my iPhone camera distorts the image and makes the garage look narrower than it is.
