Long time reader and first time poster. I've been interested in doing a coating on my garage floor for a long time, just never had the opportunity to clean out the garage. Well, I sold the house and bought a new one so no better opportunity. I wanted a clean gray floor with no broadcast. The floor is going to see jacks / jackstands for routine car work and other general garage maintenance. In talking with Justin, the RustBullet product seemed like the best choice for the application. We planned 4 coats with the first coat as the primer and the last coat with the anti-skid / anti-wear. Floor plan showed as 750 square feet so we purchased 8 gallons of RustBullet.
Floor had a couple of sections with oil stains and dark spots so we borrowed my friend's gasoline powered pressure washer. Initial cleaning was a light pressure wash with a 45 degree nozzle. All dark spots were scrubbed with full strength simple green and then switched to the 15 degree nozzle to do a deep scrub on the whole garage. Water was still beading on the oil stains. Lowes had some ZEP Acidic Toilet Bowl cleaner and I brushed it over the oil stained areas. After about 2 minutes, the cleaner turned purple and began pulling the oil from the concrete. Another pressure wash and while the stained areas were still dark, water was no longer beading which was satisfactory for me.
I cut apart a gallon zip-loc bag and taped it to the garage floor to check for moisture. Took three full days for the garage to dry until no more water was present on the plastic. We cut in the concrete seams and wall interface areas with a 2" chip brush as you can see in the initial picture below. We then rolled on the whole surface.

Here is after the first coat was complete in the AM:

Second coat was done in the PM, photo below. We also did the stairs just to make the garage look consistent.

Third coat was done in the AM on the 2nd day. Don't have a photo of this one but it looked very similar to the second coat, just with less paint lines and a more consistent surface finish.
Fourth coat was done in the PM on the 2nd day. This one had the anti-skid / anti-wear added. This coat was put on lightly to even out any paint lines and also on the stairs.

Very pleased with the initial results. We had about 1.5 gallons leftover from the original 8 we started with. If it stays this way for a few years, I'll be satisfied. Double-gloves will make your cleanups massively easier!!
Thanks to Justin at GarageFlooringLLC for all his help!

OK I could but it would not be much help. 400 Sq. Ft. / Gallon per coat. Minimum 2 coats. 4 coats suggested for shops, industrial and commercial use.
