New Shop... finally

After many years of talking about it I am finally getting a shop behind the house... had to buy a new house for the wife in order to get it though...

My current shop is a rental located 10 miles from home. I has more square footage so I will downsize a bit and go up (read four post lift when funds permit).

The detached shop is the largest they would build in the subdivision (24 x 24) but they did allow for my 12 foot ceiling height! It is actually about 12' 4" since the measured from the plate (curb). Shop is stubbed for bathroom and wired to handle 220 and cable TV hookup. More details to come as they develop...

Ironically the guy building on the lot behind me is a friend and a car guy as well. I guess I can tolerate a back neighbor with similar interests!

As long as it doesn't bother anyone... Shop is really just for my car guy hobby...
