New shop in the new yard

After waiting over six months for all the approvals (we bought some land behind us to be able to build the shop) we finally started the project.

BTW...welcome to GJ and enjoy!!! This place will make you change your mind at least 25 times as to how you want your garage

finally have some time to add more pics. This project was started in December of 2010.It is 32'x52'. 32'x40' is closed in and there is a 12' carport on the back.

This is starting to look like a nice building! Anxious to see more as it progresses.

Suggestion ... add your location to your profile ... it's fun to know were folks are and helps if you ask a question ... for instance, a response to an insulation question will be different if you are in AZ vs. OH.

This build is located in South Western Ontario. Once it was closed in i had to wait for the ground to thaw out to work on the inside.

Finished putting steel on the outside. Trying to work inside but have a bit of a water problem.
