New Shop. Need ideas

Hey guys just thought i would try and pull some ideas from one of the biggest think tanks i know . Anyways my boss informed me today that we are getting a new shop built and he wants ideas from all of us on what we would do if it was our dream shop.
The info:
The shop will be 120x180
We will be repairing construction equipment and pickups and semi's
Some of these will be track equipement so i think one of the drive through doors should have rails built into it so you dont chew up the concrete.
There is talk about having showers there.
Dedicated engine rebuild room. I brought up the idea of having an engine run stand possibly.
Two 20 ton overhead hoists are also in the plans
And i personally want an air compressor. Run off of a 3406E. With a 5000 gallon tank. In a seperate room of course. Probably not gonna happen.
What are your guys's ideas! I want to hear EVERYTHING.

I've got no suggestions for you myself - not in that field.
But I would think it beneficial for your powers-at-be to take a tour of some other large mechanical shops in your area (or not) - to see what others are doing. Ask them what they would do to improve their shop. What works? What doesn't?

Also wouldn't be a bad idea to do a flow chart of how the work moves in and out of the shop.

Overhead hoist, Large Mokawk Lift, Floor drains so equipment can be washed in place, lots of lighting, Infrared heaters in ceiling. Equipment with tracks will need anvil top concrete, rails in bedded into the concrete or silica fume top layer. Three phase power. Lube stations with the ability to pump clean oil and extract used oil.Hot water parts washer. Break room with kitchen. Tool room to keep specialized tools in. Pellet racking and mezzanine area for storage. Sound system. Office and bathroom. Work benches, bolt bins, Lista cabinets, man this would fun if I had the money, good luck.

Wireless pendants for the cranes, a blasting room and grinding room. A paint booth or an area that can be sealed off and vented for paint work. A heated floor and good insulation.
