I've searched and searched....
Finally wiring up the new shop and the power company is going to bring me 200 amp underground service. The meter base is mounted on the outside of the building and the main panel is on the other side of the wall about three feet down.
Sooo.... schedule 80 ****** through the back of the meter base into the stud cavity, got that. 2/0-2/0-1/0 cable but...
Does there need to be a conduit from the back of the meter panel through holes in the studs all the way to the panel or can the main wires just get routed through regular drilled holes in the studs? Separate wires or multiconductor "service feed" cable?
Thanks!!
