we are in process of planning our new shop. will be used for camper/boat storage one one side and general workshop on the other. looking at a 30x40 ish size, maybe bigger. I am set on steel construction i think but looking at different build types. I have looked at the bolt together type and a full weld together type frame. Can anyone provide any feedback or input on either of these. We live west of Houston and about 100miles from the coast so not terribly concerned with hurricane winds but still something to keep in mind.
