I have been running my business out of my detached home garage for the last 2 year. Business has been good so it was time to get some space.
I looked around and found a 1600 sq/ft shop with showroom and office. It used to be a bakery so it was pretty nasty.

First thing I did after getting the keys was to clean then power wash the walls and floor.

then I primed and painted the walls

Added a red stripe

Got some Armorpoxy for the floors grey with red and light grey flake

painted the showroom grey

black carpet for the showroom and office

we picked up a used show case and wire rack for the showroom

since my business is polishing and powder coating I took all the old outlet covers blasted and powdered them gloss black added black outlets, stainless screws and button heads to attach them to the boxes. Red cover with switch for the heater

things in the show are starting to take shape. New spray booth being installed

shelving and such

Sign on the outside went up

platform for my ceramic wheel tumbler

transformer, compressor and dryer in place just need to pumb and wire

That's about it for now. Moving all the heavy equipment in next weekend
