There are some very sensitive folks in this forum. Spent hundreds of dollars on premium tools. I didn’t get premium tools.

Yall say what ya want, what I’ve received is a rip off. Been about a month. A rep has told me that it’s already been expedited to the customer service team.
They have offered returns on the wrenches I’ve received so far, but as I was able to polish them up sufficiently I declined. Still think I’m unreasonable and crazy? Smh. Still waiting on the other half of my wrench order.
Still no word on how they are going to handle the ratchet issue.
I have no “vendetta” (again, so dang dramatic lol) against SK.
I don’t like spending hundreds of dollars and receiving items that weren’t even checked or looked at prior to shipping them.
Done with this thread. For those that wanted a follow up I apologize. Thank the trolls on this thread for, as they so often do on forums, just making it not worth the effort.
