New Snap-On Catalog Questions

I've been reading a lot about the new catalog. Just can't remember everything i've read. When will this catalog be available on the snap-on website? I can't seem to find any catalog on there. Will it still be $2? and you don't have to pay anything more than $2 right (shipping or handling or anything?) And if it's not available on there, when will it be?
