I have outgrown my current SnapOn Box.. and I've got a friend that wants it something aweful. So we struck up a deal, and he's agreed to buy the box.

Now I cant decide what to replace it with...

I like these:
KRL1023

KRL7023

OR
KRA2418

Thought I'd get some input from my GJ bretherin on which to choose - There are only three drawers difference between the first two, I really dont see them being a huge deal..

For the S/O dealers on here are there any decent deals/rebates/financing offers currently or coming shortly?

KRL1023 or KRL7023. You'll love the two full width top drawers. Also the top is a better working height if you're taller than about 5'10" or so.

I would get the 1023 for the extra room. I don't really like the classic series too much.

I'd go with either the 1023 or the 7023. If you think you will never get a top box, look at the height of both, and see what you're more comfortable with in terms of a work surface height. If you add a top box to a 1023, the top of the top box is going to be at eye level if you are 6ft tall.

I guess I'll have to weigh the price difference between the 1023 and the 7023 and go from there.

I really dont like the classic series either, BUT the 4k price is half of the other boxes, but I'm gonna get the box I want..esp since I'm paying for it..haha

Fubar - the 1032 dont care for the long drawers. A Couple are great, but that many, just don't fit my organizational style (a drawer for a purpose ie electrical, US sockets, metric Sockets, etc etc)

Thanks for the input ya'll... Let ya know what gets ordered tomorrow - I hated cleaning out my old box..be nice to put em all back into their new home soon thou!

My Dealer dropped off my new box today. Ended up getting the KRA2418PCM. Another local dealer had a slightly damaged box, and I could not pass up the deal. For One dent and a couple scuffs, all at the bottom, it's worth it.

Heres a Just delivered Pic -

Oh, and I have to give props to my dealer. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty on getting me this box. It has taken a bit longer than I would have liked, but, since I do not work with my tools everyday for a living - it wasnt a major issue to wait a extra week. He even dropped it off, at my shop, here @ home on a Saturday. Now that's service!

5600 box for 3100 but I had a 1200 credit, I sold my old box, thru my dealer. so, 5600 - 1200 = 4400 before the damage discount.

you making toolboxes or coffins ?

Neither. The wood leaned back against the wall is for a couple of cabinets and a router station. No coffins for me, thou might be neat to toss one together and put in the front yard ad a decoration. Oh well maybe next year…
