Well I spent my day off watching movies and patiently waiting for the UPS guy to show up with my newest toys....Well right about 8:45 he pulled into the drive and made me feel like a kid on christmas day. Im terrible at waiting for items Ive ordered through the mail, but when they get here the wait is always worth it! So heres what I got.....

May I ask you how you came to choosing these specific tools? Is it because you already have the other tools and these were the missing items in your collection?

Or did you buy these to simply try out, knowing they are fantastic tools that will provide a lifetime of use?

filling in what i need, i have a couple sets worth of craftsman tools (did industrial mechanics before going back to school for auto tech) lots of wrenches and sockets and rachets and so on....At the plant I worked at things stayed soaking wet and people stole you stuff (production workers constantly in the shop) so i never got around to buying anything nicer then craftsman. And I never used impacts surprisingly enough... So Im filling in the blanks of what I dont have right now and then Ill start phasing out some of the craftsman with better grade tools. I am going to go ahead and pick up a couple rachets now though because I know how far superior they are to my craftsman one....

oh and the bearing race driver set was an odd ball choice in there but hey it was 30 bucks lol

Right on, good to know and appreciate the feed-back. I would how ever hang on to those C-Man and place them as reserve for home, car, etc.

You never know when something will break, grow feet and walk away. Better to have and not need, then to need and not have!

The camaro in the picture is my 89 IROC, it was originally an L98 car with a borg warner 9bolt rear if that means much to you....Right now she has no drivetrain becuase I started an LS motor swap and decided to go to school so I had no more money for her, but soon Ill be making some cash again and it will start again.

and heres the link to the sep page

when the back ups back up,backups have a back up....
you might need a bigger toolbox :lol_hitti

i didnt realize how many tools i had away from work until i put them all in the same place. ive had tools scattered around in the basement, garage, rental shop space, truck, and bike.
i tried to get them all back into the garage, and found out i didnt have room for that many toolboxes.

i started to wonder why i needed 4 sets of std comb wrenches at home.....:headscrat
