I thought I'd offer a heads up. Matco is now making a stubby screwdriver to match the our Top Torque series. They are available in red, green, & orange.

Ahhh yes... stubby "ink stampers"...... :)

All our techs call them ink stampers because the felt likes to soak up the grease/oil and end up leaving "blots" on clean items if they get dirty enough.

Any suggestions for cleaning Dave?

I cant find them on Matco's site, any idea on pricing? I figure I might as well add them to my set.

Looking at the image, the tip looks like it's not tapered; it looks like it scoops down to a certain thickness and stays the same thickness all the way across, like a screwdriver bit would be; interesting. :headscrat

As mentioned earlier brake clean does the trick (or a trip to the clean tank) and so far has had no negative effect that I can see.

Awesome Link for info and in the classifieds of all places!

I searched and searched but couldn't find much feedback on all on these. By the picture, I thought they looked really nice but didn't want to take a chance without seeing and trying them first. (and I don't know who the Matco guy is in my area)
