Had to ease off for a while but I did manage a few new things. Yesterday was vice day. I picked up a nice Prentiss Bull dog for $25 and what I think is a Parker. It's very similar to all my other Parkers but has no name anywhere. Just the numbers 10 and a number 10-21. It doesn't match the discription given for Parker 10's. It does have the 3.125 jaw width but doesn't have an anvil. A few weeks ago I picked up this Rotex for $100 . It was about a quarter mile from my house. It was cheap because of where it was . A basement with only one set of very sketchy stairs. I had to disassemble it completely and repair broken steps after bringing up each piece. Then bring it through the house. It has the original base.

Sometimes the challenge of retrieving the item is the most satisfying part of the acquisition. Not just anyone could have pulled that thing out of the basement in a condition that would still be usable!

Kudos for saving that Rotex!

I award a **** for that.
