Last week I found a Speedmaster socket set with the wrong Ratchet. I had never heard of Speedmaster but later found out that were from Montgomery Ward. Today at a Connecticut swop meet the first thing I pick up is a Speedmaster ratchet! I now have complete set. Along with the Speedmaster is a Billings, Plomb,Industro and a Par-x. Good day all around.

I believe its a Wright.

That is a little different that the usual speed master ratchet. Is there a part number on it?

No part number. I does have a patent number:2201705. This leads to Wright.

Wards used a few different manufactures. I have seen duro, plomb and even wright with those 10 point sockets.
