These tiles were our 5.5mm industrial grade Hidden Interlock joint which run $3.16 with GJ discount per sq foot in black or gray.

Wow.. I really like that... is that some kind of matte/ textured finish? I'm on your site and your photos don't look like the photos above. Your site photos look more like the typical coin "race deck" style tiles.

Oh and how does it handle moisture from the cars tracking in rain/ snow?

Its a private facility for car storage in NJ. The texture is our 'Leather' finish, photo attached.

Hi, just starting to investigate garage floor options. Was thinking about going with tiles but am worried about water, oil or other fluids getting underneath them or build up of moisture underneath them. I noticed that raised tiles like racedeck, etc. have drainage ports (or whatever they are called) to potentially allow airflow underneath them to maybe allow at least water to dry. Would moisture be a problem with these tiles?
Thanks for any help.

Hi
The tiles can handle fire engines, a pool table is a non issue. As for moisture we have had zero reports of issues with moisture building up under them. If you do have a moisture issue (test with clear plastic sheet method first) then we carry moisture barriers if needed, but this is almost never required. Liquids won't go through the tiles or joints since our joints fit very tightly.

Wow - I like that. Wondering what dirt and slush would be like on this floor from a typical 2car in the wintertime. Wonder if it would make sense to add in some type of free flow design. How hard is it to clean the joints with a broom or vacuum?

The joints fit very tightly and the surface can be hosed, brushed, broomed, etc. We use these in firehouses which are constantly wet. See www.armor-tuff.com. We don't offer a free flow design, as our tiles are solid polymer and not hollow/on pins like polypropylene tiles.
