no brakes but it's incredibly heavy. It's balanced so it'll move when I want it to, but it's solid. I wanted it low. It's about 31" inches.

Looks like good hand working height to me for fab'ing stuff. It's pretty enough to be a tea cart! Get some scratches and wled scars on that thing!

I might have missed it but what is the height to the top? Looks like a well built table that will last quite a while...
