New Tekton Hook & Pick Pouch

While cruising the internet looking for new tool releases and specials, I stumbled upon a pouch for the Tekton 5 piece hook & Pick set.

Now, call me cheap but, I couldn't get past the $14 price tag for the pouch. I could save $2 by buying another pick & Hook set in the new pouch for $32 but, I'm pretty well set on things at the moment. I'm sure it's a very nice pouch. It is sewn in the USA. Perhaps in time I'll get one with rewards points or a gift card.

Some organizational items are best considered by the effort needed to duplicate. And by value added. After gathering the 3? different materials and thread and making it, it's easily worth the list price. If you're mobile, it's easily adding organization. My sets of 4/ea picks are organizer-free. Add a 5th and the roll and the w/pouch pricing s good value, as a lot of Tekton is.

That labeling is a nice quality of life. I would definitely consider it if I used my picks more often in the field. I've spent more on things I've needed less.

It looks like it would fit in Wera's product line up next to all of their textile cases. I'd pick up a set in the pouch if I didn't have a nearly new hook and pick set already.

I purchased that particular pig set because of the pouch it came in. Otherwise I would have purchased all the pics just to have the full set, even though I don't think I really need the other pics. I think the five are fine for me...

I particularly like that the pouch shows the picks shape on the pouch without having the pointy end exposed.
