A single phase panel adjacent to the 3 phase panel would be a good option might even be pretty competitive compared to the panelboard Bert posted a photo of.

People think a panelboard like what I posted is expensive, but they really aren't.

I mean sure it's a $1,200 panel. But that's with all the breakers in it. A 200 amp 42sp main breaker three-phase load center like the OP got is pushing $600. Then you have to buy breakers. Doesn't take many 3pole breakers to make up the other $600.

And I got mine with a space for a 125-200A sub feed breaker. Can't do that with a load center.
