hey everyone. just found this place and already found some great info. i've got a 20' x 50' (roughly) detached garage in need of some serious TLC. some of the projects will be.

-all new electric
-refinish the concrete floor
-install some form of heat
-solve a mysterious water problem
-work benches and storage solutions
