After reading through some of the threads on this site I decided to join. I am just amazed at some peoples tool collections and their workshops.

I am just starting out with automotives and such (still in school) and this site is helping me get some great ideas for tools and equipment that I have been wanting to get.

Heh. When I was your age, I was disparaging dudes over their interests in cars. I wish it were a different story and I did teardowns like you are (Ref: Briggs thread). Now that you are on this site, you may end up being a bit more discerning with your tool purchases than your average tool buying person that hits Bunnings and SCA. Stick around for a few months, and you'll see what I mean.
