Nice one! I spent all last night wiring mine up and made a test run this morning. I'm pretty pumped to say the least, I'm betting you will be as well! Check the VFD thread in the General Tools section if you have any problems, those guys are a huge help! Can't wait to see yours running!

Thanks I am pretty excited I was already reading the directions it don't appear to be that hard to set up. Still prolly will be a while before I have time to install it and test it out.

Did you end up running any remote buttons off your vfd or you just controlling it from the vfd it's self

There are pics in my projects thread, I don't want to hog your thread up but yes, I ran external buttons. I mounted a pull box on my motor where the old drum switch was and put the drum switch in the enclosure. The drum switch is now wired low voltage through the VFD to turn on/off the motor when direction is applied. I also put an emergency off button inline that will shut the motor off but not the power to the VFD. The main power to the VFD is another switch I put in the enclosure that operates a 240v dpdt relay in the VFD enclosure mounted on the back of my mill. There is also a potentiometer in the enclosure to change frequency/speeds. So four remote buttons in the control box, one of them is the original drum switch.
