I have been wanting one of these for a long time as the "rentals" from the parts stores are a little lacking in safety (to me anyway) and I have almost pulled the trigger on a truck brand spring compressor a couple of times. Was looking over CL last night and an add caught my eye for 2 wall mounted strut compressors for sale $40 each.
Several emails later (I wanted both of them) I found out that one sold before 7:00 AM but the other came home with me tonight. it needs a cleaning to look like a nice strut compressor but that bad boy is going to take up a lotta room. I might have to bolt him to the wall in the mower garage and let it live with the compressor.
