Picked these up the other day. Never really messed with these style of wrenches but I wanted to try them out. Some older Cornwell wrenches. An older set of snap on picks and these cool little craftsman socket adapters I've personally never seen

We have those in the Craftsman brand. We kept breaking the 5/8, I think. After the last time I was told they were no longer making them...?

Your question got me wondering. I don't know if it's the origin, but I ran across Saltus-Werk Max Forst GmbH on Wikipedia as a toolmaker.

This description is part of the page.

"1953, a design patent was registered for the multifunctional "3=1" combined open-jaw and joint-socket spanner."

I would kill to have those Cornwell wrenches wish I could find a set in the wild, if you ever want to trade hit me up I'd trade a set of high performance 0° sae snap on or Mac in metric both sets are new, I have the worst luck finding tools as I live in a big city that manufacturers alot and many dealerships and garages not to mention contractors anything good it scooped up in the day its out.

SK Still makes Saltus Wrenches, and so does Proto.

I have a 7/16 1/2 and 9/16 that are SK and they are my pocket wrenches at work.
