Glad to have found site like this. Looking for ideas to setup our wo-mancave. WE have 30'x 40' x 14' Metal building with 15'x 30' open lean-to off back. Looking for shelving,storage and counter space ideas. Also looking for old original signs, any ideas where to get a hold of signs.

Under: welcome to the forum. metal signs can be found as easy as showing up at a garage sale, but more likely at auctions and estate sales because they are getting harder to find with some of the guys that might have hundreds of them and still buying more.
as far as storage i'm going to start a thread on Organizing and maybe name it Organizing 101 to have a lot of mine and other member's ideas in one place. there are tons of ideas here if you have time to search and learn.
here are a couple of my favorites. these metal bins are getting harder to find too, but keep your eyes out and the steel commercial shelving is great for storage.

There is quite a number of members that have old signs, they look fantastic in a garage.

There are a lot of great ideas as to what to do with your shop on this site and as far as signs go as Drives said that is getting tougher with the advent of shows like American pickers and such the price of all of that has gone through the roof. But deals can still be found if you are willing to look, I often check craigslist, also swap meets are a great form of finding signage but again some of these people have gone crazy with the prices.
There was a swap meet in Giddings today and then the Lone Star swap meet is coming up on September 25 and 26 in Grand Prairie and then the DFW in October

Howdy from south Texas and welcome, keep your eye open just picked up a vintage coke sign at a garage sale for 20.00, they don't watch the picker shows. About 3month ago got a 120# anvil for 50. Just watch and wait , be ready to jump if something comes along.
