New to me Snap on box

I picked this up for $375 today. It is a Snap On 537a and a 557. its a gem in the rough. I'm going to remove the rust and clear coat it because I think it has character. The prices are high in my area and this is the cheapest I've found. Its a big step up from my little tin foil craftsman box

Good price, I have that top box, wanted to find a roller cabinet to go under it, but one didn't turn up and I have made other arrangements. I think you will like it. I would lubricate all the slides first thing.

It must be cheap KRA537 season. What is this, like the 5th thread on KRA537's in the past two weeks.

Congrats on the purchase. YOU ****

Fingers crossed for my turn

Haha nice find. We both got great deals today? What part of the country are you from. I'm in Maryland and found my setup in southern Pennsylvania. Mine looks the same but I'm sure different years as my top box snap on emblem is on the upper right corner small door that opens to the small set of drawers.

I love mine so far! Very heavy and well worth the money.

I got mine at an antique shop 5mi from me in central New York. This thing is defiantly heavy. I plan to clean the rust and lube the slides and clear coat then leave it as is. I'm gonna bring to diesel tech school next year with me
